B2B procurement
Vendor registration and corporate purchasing
Everything a procurement team needs to work with AtexRadio: company documentation for vendor registration, and how our formal quotation process works for Motorola radios and spare parts, delivered anywhere in Venezuela.
How we work with procurement
We answer requisitions with a formal USD quotation: exact part numbers, offer validity, lead time, warranty and terms. Published catalog prices are reference prices; the final price is confirmed in the quotation based on quantity and logistics. CONATEL homologation is handled as part of the process, and intrinsically safe models (EX series) are quoted per area classification.
